As of this post, I have added a Google Calendar to the events page so you can easily see our schedule of events at a glance.
Since it is a Google Calendar, the idea is that this can be shared and multiple people can make use of it. If you use Google Calendars, you can have the events added to your calendar but more importantly, you can choose to use it to manage your own game schedule.
Adding Your Own Game Schedule
This is quite simple.
If you do not have a Google Calendar account you should make one. You automatically have access to one if you have a Google Account for anything else (e.g. GoogleMail, iGoogle, GoogleDocs, etc.). However, if you don't already have a Google Account you can create one using your existing email address (you don't need a GoogleMail account).
Once you've created an account, follow the instructions that Google Calendars gives for how to share your calendar and share it with (at time of posting) webmonkey at rawsoc dot co dot uk.
I'll then look to adding the calendar's view into the HTML of the calendar view, so people can see when your games are scheduled.
Privacy vs Public
When setting your own events through your calendar, be sure that anything you want to be seen by the public is set to Public, however, in the interests of security, it's strongly advised that you do not post your address online. We assume that you've already agreed upon where you're going to meet and don't need to advertise the exact location of where you're playing. Likewise, if you're posting that you're holding a party, then it's probably best to refer people in the description to the forums than publicly post an address.
Do not post personal information on the Calendar. Or do so at your own risk.
